The meta is still settling. This page tracks the builds clearing content right now — not the ones from a pre-release demo. Ranked by clear speed and consistency, with stats and upgrade order for each.

S-Tier Builds

Early Game Bleed

Fast clear speed with a forgiving upgrade path. Core stats prioritize consistent openings and survivability.[Source]

A-Tier Builds

Reliable alternatives for players who prefer a different execution profile.

Early Game Starters

If you're still in the first five hours, don't sweat the meta. These three builds work with weapons you find on the ground, not rare drops.

Twin Blades Bleed

Weapon: Twin Blades (found in Chapter 1, no boss kill required)

Fast attack speed stacks bleed quickly. Bleed ignores armor, so early enemies melt even when stats are low.

Spear Poke

Weapon: Spear (Chapter 1 shop, 800 coins)

Longest early-game reach. Safe for learning parry timing while staying outside enemy range.

Greatsword Tank

Weapon: Greatsword (Chapter 2 mini-boss, 100% drop rate)

High stagger per hit lets you trade blows and win through poise damage.

How we rank builds

We rank by three criteria, in order:

  1. Clear speed. How fast the build finishes Chapter 3 on a fresh save.
  2. Consistency. How often the build works without perfect execution.
  3. Resource efficiency. How few rare materials it needs; a 2% drop-rate requirement drops a tier.
